Krueger Cityson Paper 1852-1880 Golden Wedding [Pg. 1] Mr. & Mrs. August Krueger 810 Jones were agreeably surprised yesterday afternoon and evening by there children, grandchildren 5 and a number of relatives it being there Golden wedding anniversary August Krueger and Mary Goetsch were married Feb. 17 1871 in the town of Emmet and lived on 10 the Krueger Home Stead 44 years. coming to Watertown 6 years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Krueger are the parents of two children 15 Alex Krueger who lives on the old Krueger Home Stead and Mrs. John Bhend of 120 N. 9 St this city. [Pg. 2] They have four grand children 20 Edgar Krueger, Mrs. Ernest Brentzmann, and Irene & Marcil Bhend, who were all present at the celebration. Mr. Krueger was born in 25 Germany Sept 13. 1845 and came to America with his parent at the age of 5 year. He has always live in Wisconsin excepting five years when he was 30 a sailor and captain of a fishing boat on Lake Michigan, work for Fred Ewald. Mrs. Krueger (Mary Goetsch Maiden name) was born in the town of Emmet April 22 1852 and has always lived 35 in Wisconsin. A six oclock dinner was served, the table and dinning room were decorated in Gold and green, the guests [Pg. 3] T.
